Lokve is a Croatian municipality situated in Gorski Kotar. It is known by its beautiful lake that people usually bypass on their way to more appealing Croatian coast. Though man-made, this lake surrounded by woods doesn’t lack in appeal and attractiveness. The place is refreshingly quiet and inviting. There are numerous trails around lake providing an opportunity for long walks or bike rides. This is exactly the location where we decided to take Lorena & Luka for their engagement session.

On arriving there, their nervousness began to mount and they were anxious about having to pose. But it all wore off pretty quickly after we explained to them our approach and expectations. Their evident amorousness vanquished every fear and they got to be themselves what made our job so much easier. We got to capture honest moments of their raw love. Together we chased the sunset, made beautiful memories and created something that will last a lifetime. We feel so lucky that we got to be the part of their happily ever after!
